In partnership with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.datakind.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">DataKind<\/a> and with the support of the AI for Economic Opportunity Fund of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gitlabfoundation.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">GitLab Foundation<\/a>, we promoted financial inclusion through personalized digital tools designed with a strong focus on people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Through AI for Inclusion, we integrated our digital solutions <a href=\"https:\/\/fundacioncapital.org\/eng\/soluciones-digitales\/lista\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Lista+<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/fundacioncapital.org\/eng\/soluciones-digitales\/con-hector\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Con-H\u00e9ctor<\/a> to build a seamless, data-driven ecosystem aimed at enhancing financial knowledge and promoting long-term savings among migrant communities. We applied machine learning models to analyze the financial goals entered by users in Lista+, generating personalized recommendations tailored to their specific contexts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our AI model assessed the feasibility of each goal based on market value, type, and savings horizon. Then, through ConH\u00e9ctor, our digital chatbot, we delivered tailored, humanized guidance that strengthened decision-making and encouraged users to explore formal financial products, open savings accounts, and access digital wallets through our network of partners.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This initiative demonstrated that blending advanced technology with person-centered design leads to meaningful behavioral change and sustained engagement.
