{"id":7618,"date":"2025-02-02T17:36:46","date_gmt":"2025-02-02T17:36:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fundacioncapital.org\/?post_type=iniciativas&#038;p=7618"},"modified":"2025-03-19T17:45:17","modified_gmt":"2025-03-19T17:45:17","slug":"anua","status":"publish","type":"iniciativas","link":"https:\/\/fundacioncapital.org\/eng\/iniciativas\/anua\/","title":{"rendered":"A\u00f1ua"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>More than 1,000 women and their families strengthened their incomes, developed sustainable businesses, increased their savings, and gained access to tools for their economic autonomy and to prevent violence.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">In collaboration with the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.minna.gov.py\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.minna.gov.py\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ministry of Childhood and Adolescence of Paraguay<\/a> and with funding from the <a href=\"https:\/\/idrc-crdi.ca\/en\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/idrc-crdi.ca\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">International Development Research Centre IDRC<\/a>, the Graduation Program was implemented, promoting the formation of 22 savings groups with more than 300 women participants. Five economic citizenship observatories were established to strengthen participation in decision-making. Through digital strategies, A\u00f1ua Virtual de Luci Kyre\u2019y was promoted, providing training in financial health, leadership, misinformation, and violence prevention via WhatsApp; ConH\u00e9ctor, a chatbot with personalized information; and Apptitude and Igualdapp, platforms for financial education and gender equity in Guaran\u00ed. Additionally, in-person workshops on business management and financial planning were held, access to credit was facilitated through an alliance with the <a href=\"https:\/\/bnf.gov.py\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/bnf.gov.py\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">National Development Bank<\/a>, resulting in more than 40 microcredits granted, and entrepreneurship fairs were organized to promote the commercialization of products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Research Innovation\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">The effects of digital strategies on the transformation of gender norms and the economic resilience of women were analyzed.
