The initiative responded to a growing entrepreneurial landscape in the country, while addressing key barriers such as complex administrative processes and limited access to financing, which often hinder the development of new ventures.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">To address these challenges, together with the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.acnur.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">UN Refugee Agency (UNHCR)<\/a>, we designed a training and technical support program using a <em>blended learning<\/em> approach that combined virtual and in-person learning exchanges.
