Since 2019, Fundación Capital has been working in India to increase the financial capacities of women through digital solutions tailored to this context.  

Faced with the challenge of such a large country as India, Fundación Capital decided to find a partner in the subcontinent to localize digital solutions according to its sociocultural and financial characteristics. In 2019, an alliance was established with Barefoot College International, which has allowed the adaptation of LISTA to the local context in Hindi.

Both organizations have managed to reach millions of people through networks of community women leaders by using technological tools, enabling them to become "solar engineers" to bring energy to their communities, while also supporting financial education efforts and access to appropriate financial services.
