We began our work in Honduras in 2015, focusing on financial inclusion linked to the Conditional Cash Transfer (CCT) program Bono Vida Mejor. Our goal has been to promote the economic citizenship of the most vulnerable families, especially women and youth, by valuing and protecting their assets.
Between 2017 and 2018, through the LISTA initiative, we reached 37,265 people, 75% of whom were women. We also implemented the Graduation Program in 2018, benefiting 840 families across three departments. All participants were able to access banking services and start saving, in addition to financing more than 150 entrepreneurial ventures.
