We started in Paraguay in 2010 with Proyecto Capital, our first financial inclusion and education initiative in Latin America and the Caribbean. Since then, we have facilitated the integration of financial inclusion into state social programs and policies, collaborating with the financial ecosystem to develop products and services tailored to people's needs.
In 2015, we supported the government in implementing the National Financial Inclusion Strategy (ENIF), with a special focus on vulnerable populations. Today, most conditional cash transfers from social programs are made through basic savings accounts.
Our work with local communities is fundamental. We value the centrality of the community and territory in creating solutions that promote economic, financial, social, and digital autonomy, particularly for women and their families.
